  • Does flower arrangement comes with a vase?

Yes it does. Flowers are arranged in a glass vase or ceramic vase depends on the arrangement. We will use the vase as displayed in the picture, however, in some situations we might substitute the vase due to supply.
  • How do I get discount?

  • Do you deliver on Sunday?

No we don't. Our delivery days are Monday to Saturday. 

But we have delivery services on Mother's Day that Sunday!

  • Can I request a specific delivery time?

Sure, please put your special request when placing an order. However, we can't promise our delivery company or our drivers are able fulfil your request because our delivery schedule can be very tricky sometimes. We always prioritise funeral deliveries and business addresses before residential deliveries. Alternative, we can always arrange an express delivery with an extra cost.

For Valentine's day and Mother's day deliveries, please understand we don't offer a specific delivery time due to the amount of orders.

  • When is the latest time if I want same day delivery?

Cut-off time for same day delivery is 12pm (Melbourne time). Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered on the same day or your selected date.

  • Where Do We Deliver To?

We deliver most of metropolitan zone and some parts of urban zone - Dandenong, Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula areas. Find out more delivery suburbs, please click here.

We cover most of the suburbs in Mornington Peninsula, however, locations such as Safety Beach, Red Hill, Rosebud, Dromana, Rye, etc. are not listed in our delivery system. We encourage you to give us a call or send an email regarding your delivery request to this area so we can process your order manually.

We highly recommend customers to place your order at least a day before the delivery date if the recipient address is around that area as our couriers usually start their first run in Mornington Peninsula. 

  • Why does the page show up " Some items in your cart don't ship to your location" when I check out?

If you wish to deliver your flowers to an area that shows "Some items in your cart don’t ship to your location. Contact the store for more information." when you check out, as image below, please contact us and we will confirm if the area is out of our service ranges. 

  • Can I Order flowers with special requests?

We are more than happy to be creative with our customers if you have some ideas or special needs such as "flowers that matches Collingwood footy club", "flowers for our second year wedding anniversary", "flowers that matches my 21 years old daughter's birthday party". Simply shoot us an email to discuss more details!

  • Do you deliver flowers to hospitals?

Yes we do. We often deliver flowers to hospitals as listed:

Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, Frankston Hospital, Sandringham Hospital, Monash Health - Moorabbin Hospital, The Alfred, Box Hill Hospital, Caulfield Hospital, and other public and private hospitals in Melbourne.
