Order before 12pm. That's the cutoff. Order by midday and we deliver the same day; after midday your order goes out on the next delivery day. You can also choose a future date at checkout if you're planning ahead.

We make it that morning. Nothing sits in a cold room waiting for a courier. Your arrangement is built to order by our florists using what came off the market that day — which is also why seasonal choices give you more flowers for the same money.

Yes, we deliver on Saturdays

A lot of Melbourne florists stop at Friday. We don't. Order before midday on a Saturday and your flowers go out that same day — which matters more than it sounds, because birthdays, apologies and hospital visits don't reschedule themselves around a delivery calendar.

We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We don't deliver Sundays, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than have you find out at checkout.

Leaving it late? Here's what actually helps

If you're ordering close to the cutoff, a few things make a real difference to whether the delivery lands well.

Pick a florist's choice option. Our Florist's Surprise Bouquet is the fastest thing we make, because we build it from the best of that morning's market rather than sourcing a specific recipe. It's also consistently our best value.

Send a vase arrangement to a workplace or hospital. If nobody's certain to be home, a vase arrangement delivered to an office or ward is safer than a bouquet left at a front door — and the recipient doesn't need to find a vase.

Add a mobile number in the delivery notes. The single biggest cause of a delayed same-day delivery is a driver who can't reach anyone at the address. A phone number solves most problems before they start.

Check the suburb, not the city. Melbourne is enormous. We reach 430+ suburbs, but the delivery fee varies by distance and is calculated at checkout.
