We are a fast-growing, dynamic team, and we are looking for a talented, passionate experienced florist to join our studio.

The Role

As an experienced florist, you will bring your creativity, speed, and technical skills to the table. You will be responsible for crafting a wide variety of arrangements while ensuring our high standards of quality, presentation, and sustainability are always met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Floral Design: Conditioning flowers and creating beautiful bouquets, vase arrangements, and event pieces using sustainable methods.
• Order Management: Efficiently fulfilling daily online orders, corporate requests, and event briefs.
• Customer Service: Assisting retail customers in-store and over the phone with a warm, helpful attitude.
• Studio Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organised, and inspiring studio space, including stock rotation and flower care.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who can hit the ground running and aligns with our eco-conscious values. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional floristry experience (qualified or equivalent industry experience).
• Foam-Free Philosophy: Knowledge of no-floral-foam techniques, OR a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and transition away from traditional floral foam for all our work.
• Design Skills: A strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of styles, excellent colour palette curation, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Speed & Efficiency: The ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure, especially during peak periods like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
• Reliability & Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for the craft.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekdays and Saturdays with set up flowers onsite.
