What time do I need to order for same day flower delivery in Melbourne?

Order before 12pm Monday to Friday, or before 9am on Saturday, and we guarantee same day delivery across Melbourne. Orders placed after the cut-off are delivered on the next delivery day, or you can choose any future date at checkout.

How much does flower delivery cost in Melbourne?

Delivery starts from $24.95 and is calculated by suburb at checkout, depending on distance from our Cheltenham studio. Fresh bouquets start from $75. There are no hidden fees, so the price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

We deliver to over 430 suburbs across Melbourne, from the Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs through bayside, the east and the west, and right down the Mornington Peninsula. Check your suburb on our full delivery locations list before you order.

Do you deliver to the Mornington Peninsula and outer suburbs?

Yes. We cover the whole Mornington Peninsula, including Mornington, Mount Eliza, Mount Martha, Frankston, Rosebud, Rye, Sorrento, Portsea, Red Hill, Hastings and Somerville, plus Dandenong and the wider south-east. For Peninsula deliveries we recommend ordering a day ahead where possible.

Do you deliver flowers to Melbourne hospitals?

Yes. We deliver daily to Melbourne hospitals including Monash Medical Centre, The Alfred, Frankston, Sandringham, Moorabbin, Dandenong, Box Hill and Caulfield. Hospital and funeral deliveries go out first thing each day. See our hospital flowers page for ward-friendly vase arrangements.

What details do I need for a hospital delivery?

Add the hospital name, ward or room number, the patient's name and a contact number in the delivery notes. Check the patient has not been discharged and that the ward accepts flowers, as some intensive-care and maternity wards do not.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

We deliver Monday to Saturday, with a 9am same day cut-off on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, except for special dates such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, when we extend delivery across the weekend.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Add a preferred time in the order notes and we will do our best to meet it. We cannot guarantee time slots because routes change daily. Deliveries arrive between 8am and 7pm, and business addresses are always delivered by 5pm.

How will I know when my flowers have been delivered?

Our driver sends a notification as soon as your flowers are delivered. If nobody is home, they leave the flowers in a safe, sheltered spot, or contact you if there is nowhere suitable, so your gift is never left exposed.

Will the flowers look exactly like the photo?

Every arrangement is handmade to order on the day using the freshest seasonal blooms available, so the exact flowers and colours can vary slightly from the photo. The size, style and value will always match what you ordered, every time.

Can I include a card message with the flowers?

Yes. Add your message at checkout and we print it on a custom Flowers Alley card, then tuck it into the arrangement. Every card is always included free, and we never include pricing with the delivery, so surprises stay surprises.

Are your flowers really floral-foam free?

Yes, and we have been since our very first day. Floral foam is a listed carcinogen and a microplastic pollutant, so every arrangement is built with chicken wire and other sustainable mechanics instead. Read more on our foam-free florist page.

Can I send one order to two addresses, or have two people send to one address?

Each order includes one delivery to one address, so for two recipients please place two separate orders. If two people would like to send flowers together, place one order and simply add both names to the card message at checkout.

Where is Flowers Alley located?

Our studio is at 302 Charman Road, Cheltenham VIC 3192, near Moorabbin Airport. We are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and you are welcome to collect your order in person. Please call ahead on (03) 5985 7040.

Can I get an update on my delivery?

Yes. We do not offer live map tracking, but our team stays in direct contact with our drivers all day. Simply call us on (03) 5985 7040 and we can give you a quick update and an estimated delivery time.

Do you deliver to workplaces and shopping centres?

Yes. We deliver to offices, shops and shopping centres across Melbourne, including Southland, Chadstone and the Melbourne CBD. Add the business name, level and the recipient's full name in the delivery notes at checkout. Business deliveries always arrive by 5pm.

Do you deliver funeral and sympathy flowers?

Yes. We deliver sympathy flowers to homes and funeral homes across Melbourne, and funeral deliveries go out first thing each day. Include the service time and venue in the notes, and browse our sympathy flowers range for suitable, respectful arrangements.
